Organized all the partners into a multilingual (EN & FR) directory, allow new partners to come into the directory, by submitting an application. You can search the directory and find different providers, and filter partners by location, services, and language. This was built via Hubspot CRM Enterprise and Hubspot Marketing Hub Professional. Search and filters were powered by Algolia, due to issues with Hubspot’s search API. Also built in a login system and application process.
CollabHub needed a way to keep their partners organized, with an easy way to find them, both for themselves and their other partners. They also wanted to make it simple for new partners to apply for a role and register, in both English and French.
A partner database was built, that codified all of the existing partners of CollabHub into a database that could be searched and filtered. This was done via Hubspot CRM and Hubspot Marketing Hub Professional as no custom objects, workflows, or codes were needed. The search was powered by Algolia, again because custom objects and more search filters were needed. Finally, a feature was built to allow new partners to apply and register in both English and French.
Results after launching
Both CollabHub and their partners were now able to maintain an organized and efficient database of solutions and tools.
