Project overview
The goal behind the project was to build an engine to match agencies and partners, based on what they need. Bult for HubSpot on HubSpot, it’s a CMS app that 100% was built with HubSpot tools, lives on the platform itself, uses HubSpot CRM search, HubSpot workflows, and custom objects.
It integrates data from the existing partner directory with custom workflows and overcomes the limited search capabilities that the CRM natively provided.
Problem Statement
The challenge was that HubSpot was launching the new starter CMS and the increased demand for website migrations and website development from smaller customers required a better way of matching demand from HubSpot customers with a supply of agencies.
Solution
Via custom workflows, we built a smart way to search HubSpot’s partner directory and Operations Hub to offer agency resources to HubSpot partners, via a website that improved upon the usability and limited capabilities of HubSpot’s native search abilities.
