HubSpot’s most successful lead generation tool is the website grader. It allows partners to put in an email and their website URL, and HubSpot will offer a rating and tips to improve it.
This can also be implemented on a partner’s website. For this, we built a custom HubSpot app that can be installed via a private link that integrates with the open source lighthouse on HubSpot’s end. This allows a partner to configure and customize the grader on their website.
Finding leads is the backbone of inbound. Sometimes, it’s your website that is holding you back. HubSpot is always interested in helping agencies to generate more leads. So they decided to build a grader to help partners optimize their websites for better lead generation.
We built a custom HubSpot app that initially lived on the HubSpot platform. Then, we also built a version that could be implemented by partners on their website, via a private link they could download. The app is powered by Lighthouse and involves a menu and configuration tool that allows a partner to run, configure, and customize the grader on their website.
Results after launching
This became one of HubSpot’s most popular and successful lead generation tools.
