The project

Project overview
The customer had an HTML only web site. We have assisted the customer with their end-to-end digital transformation. The company now uses Magento for transactions, a custom built distributor portal using Amazon Laravel, mySQL and PHP. The website, landing page, marketing automation and customer relationship is running on HubSpot

We’ve also implemented a Google based data warehouse and an integration with Quickbooks.

Problem Statement
Signature Champions had a basic HTML website, with no integrations for eCommerce, automation, customer interactions, nor integrations to assist with accounting and financial reporting. 

Solution
We developed a new website on HubSpot with marketing automation and CRM. The company now uses Magento for transactions, a custom built distributor portal using Amazon Laravel, mySQL and PHP. Customer interactions have been centralized on Twilio

We also implemented a Google based data warehouse that pulls data from all systems using Stitch for centralized analyses and reporting with Data Studio. Magento and the customer portal use a custom built integration to provide Quickbooks with data for accounting and financial reporting.

Results after launching
Signature Champions was able to move their business online and provide their product via eCommerce, increasing their visibility in their market segment.
